- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been charged fees for overdrafts even though I had money in the bank. I called and called about this but they just kept dodging the issue and telling me its not their fault. I even got someone who told me this sort of thing is "known" to happen, whatever that is supposed to mean. Speaking of customer service, unless you have million invested with them, they don't care about you or your business. Switched to PNC and have been happy ever since.By A Google User, April 20, 2017
